Worship Service (Sunday at 10:30 am and Thursday at 1:30 pm)
Come and worship with us!  The heart of our ministry is our Sunday worship service, held each week at 10:30 am.  We design our service to be relevant to our diverse congregation with blended music and bible-based messages.  We have many children in our congregation and encourage families to worship together, with children's messages during the service.  Each service ends with a time of fellowship, allowing you to meet other families.

We also offer a Thursday afternoon Classic Worship Service each week at 1:30pm.  This service is designed to share traditional hymns, group prayer and praise, and solid biblical teaching.
The Ambassadors
Ambassador Fellowship
Each month, we hold a special time of fellowship with one another.  Our meetings will normally include some special discussion, activity, or tour.  We normally meet the 3rd Thursday of each month at 1:30 pm.  Contact us for more information

At Richmond Hill Baptist Church we value those who are in the "empty nesters" phase of their life.  We typically view this phase beginning about 55+ years and realize that today's men and women are living longer; enjoying very healthy and rich, full lives.  We also realize that many are retiring earlier and yet want to remain active and engaged in church and community.  Most express to us that they still consider themselves to be young and ambitious.  In that spirt we are trying to move away from age limiting ministries.  Hence, we have adopted the name "The Ambassadors" to reflect our stage in life, our life experiences and our desire to live as champions for Christ.

Paul reminded the Corinthian believers that all Christians, including himself, were "ambassadors for Christ" (2 Cor. 5:20).   Ambassador designates a person sent on a mission to represent another; namely for us, Jesus Christ.  Ambassadors can also be apostles, evangelists, and missionaries who are messengers for our Lord.  Those who follow Christ are commissioned as His messengers (ambassadors) to an unbelieving world.  Paul referred to himself as "an ambassador in bonds" for the gospel. (Ephesians 6:20)

We are a group of committed Christians who love the Lord our God and rely on Jesus Christ our Savior for salvation, provision and strength.   Come and join us so you can get to know us by our faith, our commitment to God, our love of Jesus Christ and our keen minds and energetic spirits!

Our ministry activities include personal devotion and prayer, worship, Bible study, outreach to others and fellowship.  We live life to the fullest in all aspects with a continual focus on God.

Our social calendar includes things like monthly fellowship, playing musical instruments, singing songs, road trips to scenic outdoor locals, theatre, reading of all types, and we stay tuned to world events and are active in our community.  Each of us brings a life time of experiences which we love to share with everyone.  We also know that we can and must learn from those are more mature than we and yes, from those who are much more our juniors.  We hope to interact with people of all ages throughout our lives so we can learn from them and keep our spirits young and our minds sharp.

Our meetings and social events are “open” in that anyone can join us at anytime.  We delight when visitors join us and encourage our members to bring guests to all events.

Ambassadors - a team you should come to know.  Ambassadors - a team who shares life together.   Ambassadors - a team who needs you so we can become the complete team God intends us to be for His Kingdom.
